Re-Brand and Packaging Design
Client: M&S. Brief: Flipflop Design were asked to re-brand the current in-store fragrance to increase sales, appealing to a younger and wider market. Solution: With heavy emphasis on a minimalist contemporary feel, creative designers used a feminine blush colour to reflect the light subtle notes of the fragrance. The elongated characters of the logotype were created to accentuate the delicate silver foil lines adorning the carton.

Kleenex Tissues
New Brand Range Packaging Design
Client: Kimberly Clark. Brief: Design novelty packaging to attract new and existing customers. Solution: To create packaging design that differentiates the tissues from its competitors in a fun and interesting way. Designers wanted purchasers to desire the object rather than buying to match interior colours. Drawing inspiration from everyday sources, elements were chosen to create something unique and individual. The unusual execution gives the brand a more powerful and dynamic presence.

Spa Rituals
Brand Launch and Packaging Design
Client: Marks and Spencer. Brief: Create a new contemporary graphic for a spa treatment range. Solution: A strong visual presence is achieved through a combination of typography and illustration and their varied relationship to each other. Traditional oriental patterns were adapted to recognise the importance of ancient bathing rituals. The range is characterised by use of chocolate Metallic ink, offset with bright contrasting colours, giving the products a vibrant and strong on-shelf stand-out.

Senspa
Spa Range New Brand Launch
Client: SenSpa. Brief: Create high quality, recyclable packaging for the brand launch of a completely organic natural spa range. Solution: Silk screened glass bottles give this brand its premium feel. The bottles were sprayed with rich earthy colours which were carefully chosen to maintain the natural feel of the products, whilst reinforcing the luxury of a spa experience. Colour as well as oriental inspired graphics were used to distinguish the sub-branding between face, body and ambient products.
Brit Balms
Lip Balm Product Packaging
Client: Mad Beauty. Brief: Design on trend primary packaging for a new quirky lip balm brand marketed at teens. Solution: Graphic designers embraced the new trend for union jack styled products. Adding a unique twist to the designs by incorporating fruit illustration to differentiate between the assorted juicy fruit flavours. The Designs were carried through onto display units for POS.
